How to Join Wildflower Meadows

We welcome referrals from parents, schools, and local authorities. Please choose the pathway that applies to you below to learn more about how we can support your child or student.

How to Join Wildflower Meadows

Step 1: Get in Touch

Whether you're a parent, carer or professional; just drop us an email to express interest.
We’ll guide you based on your situation (home educated, on roll, or EOTAS funded).

Step 2: Referral Form & EHCP

We’ll ask for a completed referral form and a copy of the EHCP (if applicable), along with any supporting documents.
This helps us understand needs and see if we’re the right fit.

Step 3: Internal Review

Once we receive the referral, our team carefully reviews the information and scores the placement using our internal needs matrix.
We look across several areas including regulation, communication, supervision, independence, and 1:1 support needs.

This helps us decide if we can safely and meaningfully support the young person and allocate a tiered fee level based on need and resource requirement.

Step 4: Visit

If we feel we may be a good fit, we’ll invite the family for an after hours visit to explore the space and ask questions. Visits are limited to 20mins. (Please note: we don’t offer visits before a referral form is submitted.)

Step 5: Due Diligence Visit (for funded placements)

If the place is funded by a school or Local Authority, we’ll also invite the referrer in for a visit and send over our assurance documents.

Step 6: Offer of a Place

If we feel confident we can safely and meaningfully meet need, we’ll offer a place and confirm:

  • Agreed days and start date

  • Support level and fee tier

  • Payment or invoicing details

  • Transition plan if required

Please note: invoices must be paid in full before the placement begins.
