Mel
Director
Melissa holds a Degree in Children's Learning and Development and has worked with children for over 16 years across a variety of settings, including nurseries, schools, and private households. As a home educating mother to two AuDHD children, Melissa understands the importance of creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued. She is also the owner of Inclusive Outsource, supporting neurodivergent young people in finding the right pathways for their growth and well-being.

Michael
Director
Michael is an experienced IT manager and a parent to two AuDHD children. With a strong background in problem-solving, organisation, and digital innovation, he plays a key role in supporting the operational side of Wildflower Meadows. As a co-owner of Inclusive Outsource, he is dedicated to ensuring that neurodivergent young people receive the support and opportunities they deserve.

Amanda
Facilitator
Amanda brings calm, experience, and a love of the outdoors to Wildflower Meadows. With a background as a teacher and SENCo, she has a deep understanding of how children learn best through curiosity and play. Whether she’s sharing stories from history, cooking over the fire, or exploring nature with the young people, Amanda creates a space where everyone feels safe, seen, and free to learn in their own way. She loves Wildflower’s gentle, nurturing ethos and the freedom it gives each young person to grow at their own pace.

Joanna
Facilitator
Joanna is a qualified teacher and has worked in play therapy with many years of experience supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and development. As an Autistic practitioner, she brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work, with a strong focus on helping children and young people feel a genuine sense of belonging.
How We're Organised
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), Wildflower Meadows is led by a dedicated team of directors and supported by experienced facilitators who work directly with children and families every day.
Every member of our team brings something unique: professional expertise, lived experience, and a genuine understanding of what it means to support neurodivergent children. We're parents, educators, and advocates who believe that the right environment can change everything.
