Facilitator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a kind, calm, and emotionally attuned Facilitator to join our small, values-led team at Wildflower Meadows. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with neurodivergent children in a gentle, nature-based setting where relationships come first.

Hours: 9am–3pm
Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Location: Burghfield Common, RG7
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements: Two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check
