Facilitator

We’re looking for kind, calm and emotionally attuned Facilitators to join our small team at Wildflower Meadows. You’ll co-create meaningful experiences with young people, supporting their ideas, interests and wellbeing through curiosity, connection and presence. You’ll need strong communication skills, a solid understanding of SEND or trauma-informed practice and the confidence to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team. Hours: 8:45am–3:15pm
Days: Full & Part Time available (term time only) Please note, days must include a Fri.
Salary: Up to £30k FTE
Location: Burghfield Common, RG7
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements: Two satisfactory references and a clear enhanced DBS check
