Community Workshops

We have been lucky enough to receive National Lottery funding to provide workshops for parents and carers to help them through some common challenges SEND families face.

We’re delighted to be welcoming Laxmi Patel from Boyes Turner for our next online workshop, focused on getting an EHCP.

This engaging and practical session is designed for parents and carers who would like to better understand the EHCP process, know what evidence may be needed, and feel more confident in advocating for the right support for their child.

The workshop will take place online from 4–6pm — we’d love for you to join us.

We’re really pleased to be welcoming Dr Jenny Murray from Berkshire Psychology for an insightful and practical online workshop on understanding neurodiversity.

This session is designed for parents and carers who would like to deepen their understanding of neurodivergence and how it can shape a child’s experiences, strengths, needs, behaviours, and responses to the world around them.

Dr Jenny Murray will explore what neurodiversity means, how differences may present in everyday life, and share practical guidance to help families better understand and support their children with confidence and compassion.

This supportive and accessible online session will take place on 2nd July at 6pm, with opportunities to reflect and ask questions.
