  • Annie Stroud

    Facilitator

With over 20 years’ experience supporting children with SEND, Annie brings compassion, creativity, and a deep belief in child-led learning to Wildflower Meadows. A trained early years teacher with a background in education, social care, counselling, and hypnotherapy, she is passionate about creating spaces where children feel safe, seen, and free to explore the world at their own pace. Annie’s calm presence and playful spirit help children feel at ease — and her love for nature, baking, and forest walks make her a perfect fit for our wild and wonderful setting.

  • Gemma Elvidge

    Facilitator

Gemma brings a wealth of experience from her background in Steiner Waldorf education, where she developed her nurturing, creative approach. Passionate about nature, crafting, and helping children grow in confidence, Gemma believes every child is on their own timeline. She joined Wildflower Meadows because it felt like a natural fit — a place where children can be themselves, learn in ways that suit them, and feel truly seen.
