    Karen Allen

    Director

    Karen is a qualified teacher and former headteacher with extensive experience in education leadership and child development. As a parent to three children, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience in understanding the diverse needs of children and families. Her passion lies in creating supportive, child-centred spaces where every child can flourish in their own way.

    Michael Sampson

    Director

    Michael is an experienced IT manager and a parent to two AuDHD children. With a strong background in problem-solving, organisation, and digital innovation, he plays a key role in supporting the operational side of Wildflower Meadows. As a co-owner of Inclusive Outsource, he is dedicated to ensuring that neurodivergent young people receive the support and opportunities they deserve.

    Melissa Sampson

    Director & Provision Lead

    Melissa holds a Degree in Children's Learning and Development and has worked with children for over 16 years across a variety of settings, including nurseries, schools, and private households. As a home educating mother to two AuDHD children, Melissa understands the importance of creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe and valued. She is also the owner of Inclusive Outsource, supporting neurodivergent young people in finding the right pathways for their growth and well-being.

    Betty

    Our Four-Legged Team Member

    Betty is our gentle and loving team dog, bringing comfort, companionship, and a calming presence to Wildflower Meadows. Whether joining in on nature walks or providing a quiet moment of companionship, Betty is an important part of our community.

    Gemma

    Facilitator


    Gemma brings a wealth of experience from her background in Steiner Waldorf education, where she developed her nurturing, creative approach. Passionate about nature, crafting, and helping children grow in confidence, Gemma believes every child is on their own timeline. She joined Wildflower Meadows because it felt like a natural fit — a place where children can be themselves, learn in ways that suit them, and feel truly seen.

    Facilitator


    With over a decade of experience working and volunteering with children in a variety of roles. Carol brings both professional skill and personal insight as a parent to autistic children. Her approach is rooted in kindness, empathy, and meeting children exactly where they are.

    Known to many as “Smiley Carol,” she’s fun, approachable, and never afraid to get messy if it means making learning memorable.

    Facilitator


    Libby brings a rich mix of creativity and curiosity to Wildflower Meadows, with passions ranging from gardening and art to music and design. She believes every child should feel confident, accepted, and free to explore their interests at their own pace. Drawn to Wildflower Meadows’ ethos of kindness and individuality, Libby is committed to helping children feel at home, inspired, and excited to learn in ways that work best for them.

  • Emily

    Admin Assistant

    Emily brings a calm, thoughtful presence to Wildflower Meadows, with a strong background in admin and a deep personal understanding of neurodivergence. As a mum of three she knows how powerful the right environment can be for a child’s confidence and wellbeing. Emily is drawn to Wildflower’s values of nurture and individuality, and while her role is mostly behind the scenes, her kindness, patience, and quiet dedication help create the supportive space every child deserves.
